A wedding photography story turned into a beautiful outdoor wedding by day and a grand ballroom reception by night. This wedding photography took place at the beautiful Sandlewood Manor in Tomball, Texas. The beautiful wedding venue boasts a gorgeous mansion and grand ballroom that is seated on 27 acres of breathtaking landscape with horse pasture.

Galveston Wedding Photography at The Lasker Inn

The Lasker Inn is one of the top Wedding venues on Galveston Island. This wedding affected by the results of 2020’s covid pandemic, was set to have originally hosted over one hundred guests in celebration of the marriage of Alex and Alyssa. The couple bravely decided to hold true to their initial wedding date and held a much smaller, more intimate ceremony with only immediate family,…and me.

I photographed this wedding just the same as I had for a full-day, three-hundred guest celebration, while paying close attention to all the details and special moments. The outcome was a great day, filled with great photography, and many special moments with close family. The couple do plan to have the wedding where all their friends and family can attend, hopefully in 2021, and hopefully without masks.

The Bryan Museum in one of the best wedding venues in Texas. Located in the heart of Galveston, The Bryan Museum is a historic masterpiece. Wedding photography is easily exploited by beauty throughout its lush gardens, magnificent brickwork and walkways, and extravagant oversized fountain flowing in front of the historic mansion. I have had the privilege to photograph more weddings than I can count here and I love every opportunity each time again, and again.
